DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Employee Documentation

• Performs daily filing and record-keeping of documents
• Prepares memorandum for issuance to employees as needed
• Creates necessary reports
• Provides administrative support to different organizational units as needed
• Aids in ensuring the legal compliance of company by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource government-mandated requirements and maintaining records.
• Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

2. Compensation and Benefits

• Assist in the compilation, monitoring and verification of the daily time records and overtime of employees
• Performs necessary update on the employee’s timesheet
• Assists in implementing employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits
• Directing the processing of benefit claims
• Obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids
• Awarding benefit contracts
• Designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs

3. Talent Acquisition

• Supports the company staff by establishing a recruiting and interviewing program
• Counseling managers on candidate selection

4. Training and Development

• Conducting and analyzing exit interviews and recommending changes if applicable/necessary
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Performs logistical and administrative tasks from time to time.
  2. Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
  3. Reports any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities / transactions immediately to immediate head to preempt potential risks to the company.
  4. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Reports to: People Growth and Empowerflex Workforce Director

Coordinates with: All employees

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, or any other related courses from reputable school or university; work experience related to Human Resource is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Good communication skills in both English and Filipino language.
  2. Risk and result oriented.
  3. Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
  4. Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.
  5. Must be analytical and able to think outside the box.
  6. Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
