DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design, develop, andmaintain secure, cross-platform enterprise web applications using a unified,modern C# ecosystem across backend APIs and frontend UI layers.
2. Build highlyinteractive, responsive, and state-aware web user interfaces using Blazor(Server/WebAssembly) styled with HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
3. Design relationaldatabase schemas, write optimized queries, and manage data access layers withinMicrosoft SQL Server using Entity Framework Core (EF Core).
4. Build and consumescalable, secure ASP.NET Core Web APIs to pass data between the Blazor frontendand the database.
5. Adhere strictly to CleanArchitecture principles, solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), dependency injection, and decoupled design patterns for long-term maintainability.
6. Collaborate actively with the development team via Git for branching strategies, merging, and peer code reviews within an Agile environment.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

2. Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical industry experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Strong proficiency in C#and deep experience with modern .NET ecosystems (.NET 8/10), ASP.NET Core WebAPI, and Entity Framework Core.
2. Solid understanding of Clean Architecture principles (separation of concerns, dependency inversion)and domain-driven design concepts.
3. Hands-on experience or strong conceptual understanding of building interactive web UI components using Blazor (Server or Web Assembly).
4. Nice-to-have: experience implementing the CQRS pattern and Mediator pattern (using MediatR).
5. Nice-to-have: prior experience implementing and configuring native DevExpress Blazor UI controls(e.g., advanced data grids or reporting tools).
6. Ability to diagnose and fix EF Core performance issues (query optimization, indexing, tracking vs.no-tracking queries).
7. Familiarity with Git version control and basic familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud,Azure) or containerization (Docker).
8. Preferred advantage: prior experience developing, maintaining, or scaling HRIS, Payroll processing software, or Time & Attendance modules.
