DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department’s activities
- Develop and implement comprehensive content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
- Create high-quality content (blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies) optimized for SEO.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Associate for SEO to utilize keywords.
- Collaborate with the creative team for visually appealing content.
- Create and manage landing pages for marketing campaigns.
- Working within a budget for events and managing spending accordingly
- Collaborate with the PR consultant on strategy and implementation.
- Identify target audiences and craft tailored messaging.
- Archive PR-related documents for reference.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze its impact.
- Management of PR-related budget.
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns.
- Manage email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Radenta email).
- Create engaging email content (newsletters, promotional emails, automated campaigns).
- Analyze campaign performance (click rates, open rates).
- Report email performance during weekly sync-ups.
- Receive and manage email inquiries.
- Implement strategies to improve the customer experience.
- Analyze customer data to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments for a seamless customer experience.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Reports any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or any other related courses from a reputable school or university; work experience related to Marketing is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of experience in public relations or email marketing.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach and adhere to deadlines
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
- Exquisite communication
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in public relations.
