DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department’s activities
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
  3. Create high-quality content (blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies) optimized for SEO.
  4. Collaborate with the Marketing Associate for SEO to utilize keywords.
  5. Collaborate with the creative team for visually appealing content.
  6. Create and manage landing pages for marketing campaigns.
  7. Working within a budget for events and managing spending accordingly
  8. Collaborate with the PR consultant on strategy and implementation.
  9. Identify target audiences and craft tailored messaging.
  10. Archive PR-related documents for reference.
  11. Monitor media coverage and analyze its impact.
  12. Management of PR-related budget.
  13. Develop and execute targeted email campaigns.
  14. Manage email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Radenta email).
  15. Create engaging email content (newsletters, promotional emails, automated campaigns).
  16. Analyze campaign performance (click rates, open rates).
  17. Report email performance during weekly sync-ups.
  18. Receive and manage email inquiries.
  19. Implement strategies to improve the customer experience.
  20. Analyze customer data to identify pain points and opportunities.
  21. Collaborate with other departments for a seamless customer experience.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
  2. Reports any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
  3. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Reports to: Brand Intelligence and Insight Team Director

Coordinates with: All employees

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or any other related courses from a reputable school or university; work experience related to Marketing is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in public relations or email marketing.
  2. Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  3. Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach and adhere to deadlines
  4. Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
  6. Exquisite communication
  7. Strong writing and communication skills.
  8. Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  9. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  11. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in public relations.
